We've given our benefits screen a makeover, making it easier for you to find what you need, when you need it. We’ve also updated some terminology for clarity — “Sponsored Benefits” is now known as “Flexible Benefits,” and “Managed Benefits'' has been changed to “Direct Purchase.”
Now, admins can delete or deactivate users right from the dashboard. Deactivated employees can be reactivated at any time and have their original benefits picked back up, but deleted employees cannot be recovered unless an admin invites them all over again and adds them to a benefits plan. This new feature makes managing your team and updating your user list simpler and faster.
