Small beginnings
In 2021, Olalekan Olude, who had always been passionate about providing solutions to empower Africa’s workforce, founded roHealth. Lekan had previously co-founded Jobberman, which quickly became West Africa’s top jobs platform, and acted as Special Adviser on Job Creation & Youth Empowerment to the governor of Ogun State. He had helped companies hire the best talents in Africa. Now it was time to help them motivate and retain them better.
roHealth was born with a small strong team, and we quickly built a platform to help employers provide flexible and customisable health benefits for their workforce. But roHealth was only the beginning; a test to solve a much bigger problem.
And now, Motherboard
Health benefits were only just one type of benefit employers could provide. Once we saw success with roHealth, it was time to conquer various employee perks and benefits.
Today, roHealth is Motherboard, the control centre to manage all workforce perks and benefits.. With Motherboard, employers can provide a wide range of benefits, from health insurance to fueling solutions and food benefits.
Backed by a passionate team, dozens of merchants, and a powerful platform, Motherboard is set to help employers retain top talent without sacrificing their bottomline.
